What Is Habit Booking?
I have always been a goal setter and goal getter. I have stacks and stacks of old notebooks and planners with notes, thoughts, goals, and jumbled thoughts. I wanted to design a system to organize my goals, and the steps I needed to take to achieve them. I started off with just a blank notebook and began to outline the process I had always done in my head, mentally. I realized that when it was all laid out and organized on paper, it became so much more effective. I began reaching my goals much more quickly. And so, Habit Booking was born. This is the system that I have personally used for over 10 years to set, plan, and reach my own goals.

Hi there! I'm Jessica. I'm a Personal Trainer, Level 1 Crossfit Instructor and a Health & Wellness Coach. Being a collegiate athlete and majoring in psychology, I have always been drawn towards the habit change aspect of health and fitness. I have spent the last five years on the moderator team of the Eating the Food Facebook group and running the page Healthy for 100. Unlike a lot of other coaches and trainers, I do not assign my ideas to my clients. My job is to listen to you. My job is to help you break your goals down into small, manageable steps and identify the habits needed to achieve them.
